    We break down the specifics of these core contracts and do a deep dive to unpack each one.  Each contract is tailored to various sorts of purchasers based on their situation (deposit / credit history / purchased a home before etc), and understanding the ins and outs of each contract offers the buyer with a variety of options.

    Rent to Own / Vendor Finance requires careful judgement with the choice of property. Here we identify the most important characteristics of your desired property, such as distance from the station, a specific suburb or area, number of bedrooms, number of living rooms, sunlight, layout, garage or carport, price, peaceful streets, and more. We also study the various types of properties on the market. We consider the pros and cons of houses, duplexes, units, and villas, as well as your desired short and long term property goals.     Discover the specifics of how the purchaser refinances at the end of their journey (3-5 years later). We go through all of the core aspects of refinancing and how they deal with the lender and solicitors to successfully complete the transaction.
