Adding Digital Wanderer to your safe sender list 

Make sure you don’t miss any of our emails

Here, you'll find info to help you access Digital Wanderer easier. 

Sometimes emails from Digital Wanderer may not get through, so we have some information below to assist

 Apple Mail

 On the toolbar at the top, click on the ‘Mail’ icon.

  1. From the dropdown menu select ‘Preferences’, then click ‘Junk Mail’.
  2. In the ‘Junk Mail’ pane, under the ‘exempt from junk mail filtering’ section, ensure ‘sender of message is in my contacts’ is checked.
  3. Open the email message.
  4. Click the dropdown menu on the sender details.

 

GoogleMail

 Open the email.

  1. Click on the ‘More‘ in the dropdown menu next to the reply button.
  2. Click on ’Add Sender to Contact List’.

 

Outlook

 Click on the 'Settings' icon.

  1. Click on 'Options'.
  2. Click on 'Safe and blocked senders'.
  3. Go on 'Safe Senders' and add our domain (@example.com) to the list.

 

Yahoo

 Open the email message.

  1. Click on the ‘Action’ dropdown menu.
  2. Click on ‘Add sender to contacts’.
  3. The name and email address from email are pre‑populated in the Add Contact pop‑up. Verify that the information in these fields is correct.
  4. Click ‘Save’.
